- Perform health report found code: – P0332 knock sensor(Ks) 2 circuit low frequency. Perform knock sensor wire check, pass. Perform live data revision found knock sensor work but with slow responses. Perform engine oil leak revision found: -Oil leak coming from engine oil cooler lines leak. -Found valve cover gasket wet both sides. -Bell housing oil wet, possible rear main seal Recommend step one replace oil cooler lines, clean engine and put UV DYE for check. Perform engine noise found, alternator noise. Found noise coming from idler pulleys, idler pulleys looks glazed and serpentine belt is worn. Recommend replacement knock sensor both sides. Recommend replacement engine oil cooler lines. Recommend replacement alternator. top Recommend replacement serpentine belt . Recommend replacement tensioner. Recommend replacement idle pulleys. Recommend replacement valve cover gasket. Recommend clean engine and put UV DYE and recheck.

- RESET OIL LIFE MONITOR SYSTEM (IF EQUIPPED)
- TORQUE SUBFRAME BOLTS
- SET TIRE AIR PRESSURE TO FACTORY SPEC
- TOP OFF ALL FLUIDS
- REPLACED NOISY ALTERNATOR ASSEMBLY WITH NEW
- REPLACED NOISY TENSIONER WITH NEW
- REPLACED ALL THREE NOISY IDLER PULLEYS
- REPLACED LEAKING VALVE COVER GASKET
- CLEAN ENGINE BAY AND ASSESS LEAKS
- INSTALL WIRE LOOM ON EXPOSED WIRING
