- Hello my name is John I'll be a technician inspecting your concern today upon starting the vehicle and reading customer concern cannot test drive the vehicle due to vehicle overheating at first testing discover driver side door extremely tight opening and closing step one perform visual inspection discovered TPMS light is on dash perform health report test TPMS codes C0077-00 active low tire pressure BCM codes B2312-15 wiper off and on control circuit short to battery or open B1e b4-18 right rear seat heater sensor number one circuit resistance above threshold U0422-00 impossible data received from body control module The step one perform cool and pressure test during performance pressure test discovered coolant lever extremely low top off coolant to able to perform proper testing vehicle was low 1 gallon of fluid For phone call and pressure test coolant pressure test pass during testing is covered upper and lower rater hoses need to be replaced for phone visual inspection and testing on a radiator cap failed recommend replacement performing block test failed vehicle has a blown head gasket due to fans are not coming on when they're supposed to at this time request tear down for head job and replace thermostat and radiator assembly Recommend tear down to assess head job if has cracks in the head or not Recommend thermostat Recommend cooling fan assembly
