    • customer concern loss of coolant present. performed cooling system pressure test. performed cooling system pressure test. found radiator failing, leaking from radiator. perform cooling system block test block test passed at this time indicating no combustion gases leaking in cooling system. exhaust system has amounts of water in muffler liquid is clear and has no odor possible just moisture and not coolant. Performed visual inspection, found signs of water pump leaking. ***Recommend replacement of radiator, cap, recommend thermostat, water pump and hoses replacement***

    • REMOVED FRONT STRUT ASSEMBLIES. RECEIVED NEW STRUT ASSEMBLIES. PLACED OLD STRUT ASSEMBLY AND NEW STRUT ASSEMBLY SIDE BY SIDE AND ADJUSTED HEIGHT OF NEW STRUT TO MATCH THAT OF OLD STRUT. AFTER MATCHING BOTH NEW STRUTS, INSTALLED INTO VEHICLE.

    • perform under hood inspection for customer concern found coolant residue all over engine compartment, cleaned initial area and performed coolant system pressure test. system will not hold any pressure and traced primary leak to radiator failure. radiator has cracked and will no longer hold coolant. vehicle will require radiator, thermostat, upper and lower radiator hoses and then perform pressure check again to check system for additional leaks. additional notes: coolant bypass hoses have minor seepage at T fitting connection. after repairs will do a combustion leak test to ensure no engine damage has resulted from cooling system failure

    • DRAINED ALL COOLANT FROM VEHICLE. REMOVED COMPONENTS REQUIRED TO ACCESS RADIATOR. REMOVED OLD RADIATOR AND INSTALLED NEW RADIATOR. AFTER RADIATOR REPLACEMENT, RE INSTALLED ANY REMOVED COMPONENTS FOR ACCESS. FILLED AND TOPPED OFF WITH COOLANT. PERFORMED COOLANT PRESSURE TEST AGAIN, HOLDING PRESSURE. PERFORMED COMBUSTION GAS TEST TO CHECK FOR EXHAUST GASES INSIDE COOLANT SYSTEM. TEST PASSED.
    • REMOVED OLD LOWER RADIATOR HOSE AND REASSEMBLED WITH NEW LOWER RADIATOR HOSE
    • REMOVED UPPER RADIATOR HOSE. INSTALLED NEW RADIATOR HOSE
    • REMOVED & REPLACED CURRENT THERMOSTAT WITH NEW THERMOSTAT AND GASKET
