- Performs vehicle health report no codes currently in system PCM was reset when battery was disconnected Verified customers concern for crank no start condition perform fuel system pressure test. Test results fuel pump pressure output less than 5 PSI. Tested fuel pump relay fuel pump relay is operating normally. Fuel pump has failed and requires replacement RECOMMEND FUEL PUMP REPLACE Customer concern battery drain charge battery performed load test found no abnormalities. Left lights and other loads on for 15 minutes and perform battery stress test with all loads on engine off after 15 minutes shut everything off and let vehicles sit overnight in the morning vehicle fired right up battery voltage is within specification found no parasitic drain out of spec. current drain is 1.13mA of drain within allowed specifications. cannot duplicate customer concern at this time
