    • Perform vehicle health inspection found no vehicle power. tested main battery, found internal cell dead not holding a charge. replace the battery scanned modules for malfunctions multiple modules had codes for erratic voltage high voltage low voltage vehicle has original battery that came from dealer. Tested alternator output found voltage output normal at 14.5v. performed vehicle voltage drop test on ground side for possible drains or bad grounds voltage drop passed below 0.012v. After initializing all modules found all systems functioning normal at this time. Vehicle has open circuit on sun load sensor center top of dash vehicle uses this sensor for automatic lights and air conditioning regulation recommend further diagnosis. Recommend replacing battery programming new battery to vehicle and modules along with module initialization.

    • Able to duplicate customer concern AC system blowing hot stuff on perform pressure test discovered Freon is low perform visual inspection found Freon residue around AC compressor step to perform vacuum test to determine if the system has a leak Recommend AC service recommend removing AC line and reseal low pressure line o-ring
