Services Performed
- Heated tie rod hardware and attempted to break loose but hardware would not budge. let soak in penetrating oil and reattempted, no success. let soak for hours, heat blasted hardware, and used two extended breaker bars, not budging. Was not able to break tie rod bar loose seized on. Performed test on horn system when manually giving the horns power nothing happens. Perform test on the wiring harness side, ECU not receiving signal from horn button. horn fuses good. perform test on clockspring failed Recommend replace tie rod bar and both sides outer tie rods then alignment recommend airbag clock spring

- OUTER LEFT TIE ROD END – Remove & Replace
- (COMBINATION) OUTER RIGHT TIE ROD END – Remove & Replace
- (Additional) – TIE ROD END – Remove & Replace Where Skid Plate interferes add
- WHEEL ALIGNMENT
- AIR BAG CLOCKSPRING – Remove & Replace – Steering Column Control Module (SCCM) – [Includes: Steering Angle Sensor Adjustment. Includes: Perform Relearn procedure.]
