Preformed vehicle health report found multiple codes in engine -Po300 random miss fire -Po316- miss fire on start up Preformed road test while monitoring miss fire data found miss fire only present in cylinder one came once during road test. Preformed spark plug removal of cylinder number one and number two found spark plugs worn. Preformed vehicle compression test found cylinder one at 155psi cylinder two at 160psi within 20% of each pass. Preformed inspection on coil boots found sparking internally on coil boots spark plugs are leaking spark failed AT TEST DRIVE AT 50= MPH CAR HAS VIBRATION MAY NEED TIERS OR BALANCE Recommend replacement of all spark plugs and recommend replacement of all coil boots Step one then retest for misfire

WAS ABLE TO DUPLICATE CUSTOMERS CONCERN, PERFORMED REPROGRAMMING RELEARN PROCEDURE ON INTEGRATED CONTROL MODULE THAT WE INSTALLED. ALL SYMPTOMS DISAPPEARED AND FUNCTIONS OPERATIONAL AT THIS TIME. PERFORM MULTIPLE TEST DRIVE TO SEE IF WE CAN CLEAN TURBO FROM STICKING. FOUND code: – p0299 turbo under boost upon commanding vgt actuator to open veins turbo was not responding to command. tested electrical AT vgt solenoid found voltage and ground normal. probed vgt solenoid itself commanded it full on with a power probe reinstalled harness vehicle responding and operating normal at this point. step one recommend replacing vgt solenoid and continue driving vehicle if problem persist, step 2 would be to replace exhaust back pressure sensor clean vgt brushes and reinstall turbo. also recommend replacing vgt pigtail has broken tabs

Performs vehicle health report no codes currently in system PCM was reset when battery was disconnected Verified customers concern for crank no start condition perform fuel system pressure test. Test results fuel pump pressure output less than 5 PSI. Tested fuel pump relay fuel pump relay is operating normally. Fuel pump has failed and requires replacement RECOMMEND FUEL PUMP REPLACE Customer concern battery drain charge battery performed load test found no abnormalities. Left lights and other loads on for 15 minutes and perform battery stress test with all loads on engine off after 15 minutes shut everything off and let vehicles sit overnight in the morning vehicle fired right up battery voltage is within specification found no parasitic drain out of spec. current drain is 1.13mA of drain within allowed specifications. cannot duplicate customer concern at this time
