- customer concern loss of coolant present. performed cooling system pressure test. performed cooling system pressure test. found radiator failing, leaking from radiator. perform cooling system block test block test passed at this time indicating no combustion gases leaking in cooling system. exhaust system has amounts of water in muffler liquid is clear and has no odor possible just moisture and not coolant. Performed visual inspection, found signs of water pump leaking. ***Recommend replacement of radiator, cap, recommend thermostat, water pump and hoses replacement***

- REPLACED RADIATOR AND RADIATOR CAP WITH NEW, INSTALLED NEW UPPER AND LOWER RADIATOR HOSES AND CLAMPS. FILLED WITH COOLANT TO MANUFACTURERS SPEC.
- REPLACED WATER PUMP WITH NEW, INSTALLED NEW WATER PUMP GASKET
